At its existing location in Kamnik, the investor PAX Svečarna Stele operates production, storage, and administrative facilities. Due to the company’s need for increased capacity, we designed a new high-rack warehouse for raw materials, functionally integrated with the existing building stock. Despite the challenging location, characterized by insufficient public infrastructure and a flood-prone area, we successfully positioned the warehouse while meeting all essential construction requirements.
