The focus of the project is to create an outdoor environment that supports a modern lifestyle by combining areas for sports, relaxation, and motorhome living. The layout is divided into three main zones: a motorhome parking area, a space for sports and outdoor activities, and a relaxation area with a café. These zones are interconnected by green areas that allow free movement between them while creating a calm, natural atmosphere.

One of the key features of the site is its location by the water. Due to legally defined setbacks within the riparian zone, construction is not permitted in part of the area along the stream. Instead of treating this limitation as an obstacle, the design transforms the space into a flexible outdoor area for various activities—such as a fire pit, sun loungers, or outdoor chess. The goal is to preserve the natural environment as much as possible while making the space both functional and enjoyable for the public.
