We positioned a long passive house along the northern boundary on a narrow and elongated plot characteristic of dense historic city areas. The large glass surfaces in all vital family areas face south. As a counterbalance to the tall, two-story main volume with a gable roof, a single-story garage was placed near the entrance, allowing sunlight to reach the neighbouring house to the north.
