Arhicenter, d.o.o.

Arhicenter, d.o.o., is an architectural firm dedicated to designing solutions that reflect clients’ desires, spatial conditions, and regulatory requirements. We integrate these elements into an ideally functional and technologically cohesive whole, resulting in satisfaction and pride for all involved. Our projects are aesthetically pleasing, functional, energy-efficient (low-energy or passive), safe, and sustainable. We take pride in collaborating with some clients on their third or fourth project with us. At Arhicenter, we ensure an excellent balance between cost and quality, offering clients the best value for their investment.

We also prepare project documentation to ensure your peace of mind. For our clients, we handle the entire bureaucratic process required to obtain building permits and permits of use, including communication with administrative units, municipalities, and relevant authorities. Understanding that the administrative procedure for obtaining building permits and permits of use involves more than just “drawing plans,” our team possesses multidisciplinary expertise. We also address any geodetic and legal issues that may arise before and during the design process. We promptly identify if a client needs geodetic services (such as boundary adjustments or parcelling) or if easements or other agreements are necessary for connecting to communal infrastructure.

Our core team at Arhicenter consists of five permanent members specialising in architectural design and project management. Our extended team includes various professionals: structural engineers, electrical and mechanical engineers, fire safety designers, quantity surveyors, technologists, surveyors, geologists, spatial planners, agronomists, and more. We are here to provide the complete package you need to achieve the best version of your desired building, regardless of its intended use.
