This house was designed for two intellectuals with rather unconventional requirements. The design features an upper volume extending over the lower structure, creating a covered terrace on the north side of the ground floor, a covered entrance to the basement, and a sun terrace on the south side of the upper floor. The roof slope follows the predominant pitch of the neighbourhood. The materials include a white facade combined with wood and a stone-clad base.
